Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Simple Picker Wheel is a browser-based random picker wheel. This policy explains how the site is designed to handle privacy.

Lists you enter

The names, topics, prizes, choices, or other entries you type or paste into Simple Picker Wheel are processed in your browser. Simple Picker Wheel does not require an account and does not intentionally upload your list to a Simple Picker Wheel server.

Browser-only saving

Simple Picker Wheel may save your list, settings, winner history, pointer style, theme, and related options in your browser using local storage so the same device can remember them later. This saved data stays in your browser. It may disappear if you clear browser data, use private browsing, switch devices, or use a different browser.

Clear saved data

The setup panel includes a Clear saved option. You can also clear the site data through your browser settings.

Hosting and security

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, and security-related logs. This information is used for hosting, reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

Analytics

Simple Picker Wheel may use privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand broad usage patterns, such as page visits, button clicks, device type, errors, and performance. Analytics should not require you to create an account.

Advertising

Simple Picker Wheel may display advertising in the future. If ads are added, third-party advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies to show ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and help prevent fraud. Advertising partners may use information about visits to this and other websites to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your settings and applicable law.

If advertising is added, this policy may be updated with additional details about ad partners, cookie choices, opt-out tools, and any legally required disclosures.

Children and classrooms

Simple Picker Wheel can be useful in classrooms, but avoid entering sensitive personal information. Use first names, nicknames, topics, or non-sensitive labels when possible.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The updated date will reflect the latest version.
